Es tal la fama del microblogging Twitter, tan de actualidad que todos quieren estar ahí o hablar de él, y ahora sucederá algo insólito pues Twitter llega al teatro con una «Twitter-Ópera» que se presentará en el Royal Opera House de Londres.
La obra que tratará sobre un hombre que ha sido secuestrado por unos pájaros, y en el libreto podrá participar cualquier usuario de Twitter, enviando a la página oficial de el Royal Opera House un mensaje de hasta 140 caracteres (para no desentonar con el microblogging). La primera escena ya está conformada y se dará a conocer en el próximo mes de septiembre.
Así es que el libreto se formará con los twitts que manden y con la música de la compositora Helen Porter.
